Left for dead, he’s found by a miracle, and the Brotherhood calls on Marissa to bring him back. But even her love may not be enough to save him.
This is my first time reading Butch's story and boy howdy I am excited to see what happens with him and the beautiful Marissa.
Part of me wanted to see V happy, and I shipped for it to be with Butch, even though I already knew Vishous and Jane were a thing in the next book. Still, the relationship they have is stunning, a bonding like none other and the heartache V felt for Butch when he was infected ripped at me.
Now, I am on page 277 Chapter 29-- I tell you this because I am going to tell you my wants and suspicions before reading further.
Between the bonding scent, the urge to bite, and the prime over-aggressive possessive attitude he harbors I have a sneaking suspicion Butch is half-vampire but one that never had the transition so he doesn't know. All of the signs are there, and I just hope I am right because if anyone deserves to be a part of a family it is Butch. That man loves his brothers, loves Marissa, and if he turns out to be what I think I am 100% going to cry like a big ole baby.
I KNEW IT!
Okay, well now I am happy, it all makes that much more sense, now, Marissa just needs to back down and let the man make a choice for himself.
The humor lacing this book is perfect, the comedic breaks we get within the series make it feel a little more real. Also to note, Wrath is definitely a bonded mate with feral intentions!
So, the only thing I want answered now is WHO IS BUTCH'S REAL FATHER!? I am hoping to figure that out further into the series.
But hands down 'Lover Revealed' is in my top three along with 'Lover Awakened' and 'Lover Eternal' so darn good!
